A town hall discussion of State Question 836 and open primaries, hosted by former Mayor Hank Ross and former Rep. Joe Dorman
Join former Chickasha Mayor Hank Ross and former State Representative and gubernatorial candidate Joe Dorman for a community conversation about SQ 836 and the future of elections in Oklahoma.
This in-person event will offer local voters a chance to learn more about SQ 836, which would create a single primary open to all voters—regardless of party. The evening will include a social hour with refreshments, followed by a presentation and Q&A focused on how open primaries can strengthen democracy, increase accountability, and ensure all voters have a voice in who represents them.
This is a nonpartisan voter education event, open to the public.
